I recently contracted VentExperts to conduct our annual kitchen canopy and ducting deep clean and have been completely satisfied and impressed with their level of workmanship and reliability.

The Job required an early morning start at 5.30 am and the technicians arrived promptly and started work immediately. This ensured a complete 4 hour deep clean of the canopy prior to our regular lunchtime service.

The technicians worked efficiently and were extremely conscious of the time limits involved to complete the task.

I cannot recommend VentExperts highly enough, and have found them to be one of the best contract cleaning companies I have dealt with.

Customer Care

  • We like to keep in regular contact with you to ensure that you get the best possible service from VentExperts Ltd.

  • Payment is requested on completion on the day of the job.
  • Payment can be made by cash
  • Payment can be made by cheque, if paying by cheque please make it payable to VentExperts Ltd.
  • Customer understands that any late payments may be subject to additional charges.
  • If payment is not made within 7 days, we will ask our debt-collection agency to collect the payment on our behalf. Then you have got extra charge of 15% plus vat on top of the initial invoice due.
  • Customer agrees as part of this contract to pay this sum which will not be more than our reasonable costs in collecting the unpaid amounts.
  • There is no exceptions to this rule and if the amount is not paid it will result in court action being taken against the customer


  • Customer has the right to cancel the scheduled appointment, please give us at least 3 full working days notice, otherwise customer agrees to pay the full price of a cleaning visit.
  • Customer agrees to pay the full price of the cleaning visit in the event of a lock out caused by our cleaners being turned away; no one home to let them in.


  • The customer accepts and understands as part of this contract that poor service must be reported within 24 hours from the service date. Failure to do so will entitle customer to no recovery cleanings.
  • If the customer is not completely satisfied with a cleaning job, VentExperts will re-clean any areas to customer’s satisfaction. Therefore customer must allow the cleaner to be returned.
  • Customer must be present at all times during the recovery-clean. VentExperts reserves the right not to return a cleaner more than once.


  • VentExperts Ltd has a public liability and employer’s liability insurance
  • All our teams are fully trained and qualified who are equipped all the necessary tools to achieve the common goal
